How do I Get my Username & Password?

The FCC website is automatically set up to give you a user name & password if you have ever been a member of FCC and if you have supplied an e-mail address when you joined or renewed. If you are on the daily FCC Listserve, we definitely have your e-mail address.

To get your Username and Password:

- Go to any login screen on the site and click "login." These buttons can be found on the home page, in the renewal screens, on the message board, and in the event registration welcome screen.

- Click "Forgot my Username & Password" button.

- A screen wil pop up asking for your e-mail address. If the e-mail address you supply below matches one of the e-mail addresses that FCCNY has in the database, we will e-mail your Password and Username to the e-mail address we have on file.

- Want to change them to something easy to remember? - Just go to the Help Menu and click "How to Change my Username & Password."

If you do not get an immediate e-mail response, we probably do not have your correct e-mail address on file. Please send an e-mail request with your name, address, and phone number to dwark9@aol.com. and it should be answered within a few days.
