I am considering a referral of a 3.5 yr old from China and would like to hear from you if you have adopted an older toddler? She is a waiting child whose condition is corrected. She has not been fostered, but lived in an orphanage. I would love to hear your experiences if you have adopted in this age range. Thank you.
