AKA November Forum: Setting Healthy Boundaries

Join Certified Usui Reiki Master Heather Schultz for an open discussion about navigating your adoption journey and birth family search/reunion by setting safe and healthy boundaries with your relatives and friends. This two-hour forum includes a grounding meditation, writing exercise about your physical, emotional and mental limits, and group activity on building better boundaries.

About Heather Schultz
Heather Schultz is the Founder of Huh Healing Hub LLC and Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at Baruch College. She teaches Speech Communication, Business Communication and Public Relations Writing.

In 2018, she earned her Usui Reiki Master Certification from Lily Rubinstein at The Center of Inner Wisdom. She is also an Affiliate Member of the Reiki Membership Association (The International Center for Reiki Training) and certified in Mental Health First Aid.

In her spare time, Heather is working on a memoir about her healing journey from the lens of a Korean adoptee, Long Island native and domestic violence survivor. She received both a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Master of Public Administration from Baruch College.
